2. Service description
Saden provides an AI voice agent to answer your business's calls, book appointments, and send notifications.
3. Accounts and registration
- The information you provide must be true and accurate.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms.
4. Subscription and payment
- You start with 60 free minutes to try the service, no credit card required.
- After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as our approved processor.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.
5. Refund policy
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After that, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel the subscription at any time.
6. Acceptable use
- The service may not be used for unlawful purposes.
- The voice agent may not be misused to harass others.
- Attempting to breach or disrupt the service is not permitted.
7. Limits of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the voice agent will handle every call perfectly. We work to improve the service continuously.
