1. Who we are

Saden (Saden AI Solutions, Doha, Qatar) is an AI voice agent platform for local service businesses in the MENA region.

2. Data we collect

  • Account information: name, email, phone number.
  • Business data: business name, category, opening hours.
  • Call recordings and transcripts (to improve service quality).
  • WhatsApp messages customers send to the business number connected to Saden.
  • Payment data (processed through Dodo Payments as our approved processor).

3. How we use your data

  • Running your AI voice agent and answering calls.
  • Sending booking and call notifications.
  • Improving service quality and user experience.
  • Processing payments and invoices.

4. WhatsApp messages

When a business connects its WhatsApp number to Saden, we receive the messages its customers send to that number and reply on the business's behalf: answering questions about opening hours, services and prices, and sending booking or order confirmations. We use these messages only for that purpose and access only the accounts a business explicitly shares with us. The business sees every conversation in its dashboard and can pause Sara and reply itself at any time.

5. Data sharing and sub-processors

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run the service:

  • Render: platform and database hosting (Frankfurt, Germany).
  • Google Cloud: the AI models that power Sara.
  • OpenAI: backup AI model when the primary is unavailable.
  • Meta: WhatsApp message delivery through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • Telecom carriers for calls, Dodo Payments for payments, and our approved email providers.

The platform and database are hosted in the EU (Frankfurt); some real-time call and AI processing may occur outside the EU.

6. Public-authority requests

If a public authority requests user data, we review every request for legality, challenge requests we consider unlawful, disclose only the minimum information necessary, and document each request together with our response.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
