You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. We don't ask for a reason — we refund in full.
After 7 days have passed from your payment, payments are not refunded. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard and the service runs until the end of the current billing period.
If you purchased a dedicated phone number ($5/month) and cancel your subscription, the number is released automatically at the end of the billing period. Number fees are not refunded after purchase.
