Question 1

Will customers know they're talking to an AI?

Accepted Answer

Your Saden assistant speaks naturally and professionally. If a caller asks directly, it says: "I'm the AI assistant for [your business name]." We don't pretend it's a human.

Question 2

Does it understand different Arabic dialects?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Saden understands Khaleeji, Egyptian, Levantine, Moroccan, and Modern Standard Arabic. It replies naturally in the caller's dialect.

Question 3

What if the assistant can't handle a request?

Accepted Answer

It takes a message from the customer and alerts you immediately on WhatsApp. You never lose a potential lead.

Question 4

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Sign up, tell us about your business, and your assistant is ready in 10 minutes. No technical setup. 14-day free trial with 60 minutes included — no card required.

Question 5

Do I need a new phone number?

Accepted Answer

No. Your assistant lives at your link (saden.ai/talk/yourname). Share the link or QR code on business cards, WhatsApp, or Google Business. Phone call forwarding is currently available in the UK and France only.
